“Floating electric waves are almost, very hard to trap down on canvas when they’re passing by. A village, a cathedral, a field, a fleeting moment, a pushy colour. There is a surprising depth to an image describing nothing nameable, only colours and movement triggered by something already there, and something just born at that moment. It feeds itself until it doesn’t anymore, that’s when I put down the brush.”
